At the beginning, this project was specifically designed to be a residence of the land owner. However, quarter part of the land are remain unused. So, to optimize the land usability, residential development was found in the regard for such idea. Because of being served for residential purpose at first, functions and designs of the house are deliberated to be more gentle and precise than other typical housing projects with board dominant points including: green environment; practical space especially the master bedroom that generously large; and all the bathrooms with the best air circulation.
